THE PROBLEM
Foil + Pin Parlour is a boutique hair salon located in Miramar Beach, Florida that offers a variety of services to women, men, and kids. Jessy Barnwell, the owner, recently opened the doors of her salon in March. She came to Noelle Ava Marketing looking to create consistency on social media to engage their audience, gain awareness, and convert their followers into clients.
THE SOLUTION
To build a strong social media presence from the ground up, we created an in-depth strategy leveraging Instagram and Facebook. Our initial focus was on gaining awareness and establishing trust with our new audience, given that we were starting the account with minimal traction.
In the first three months, our efforts centered on attracting new followers and fostering a genuine connection with them. We crafted content that not only highlighted stunning hair transformations but also conveyed the unique personality of the salon and provided valuable hair education. This approach helped us create a well-rounded social media presence that resonated with both new and existing followers.
Each month, we strategically planned and executed content shoots, ensuring high-quality photos and videos that aligned with our strategic goals. This consistent and strategic content creation played a crucial role in engaging the audience and strengthening the salon’s social media presence.
By aligning their social media presence with the salon's experience and values, we successfully increased key performance indicators (KPIs), driving higher levels of awareness and engagement. The result was a robust and dynamic social media presence that effectively supported the salon's growth objectives.
